Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum applies when Think3 processes personal data on behalf of a customer in connection with ThinkOS or related services.

1. Roles

The customer is the controller of customer personal data. Think3 acts as processor where it processes personal data on behalf of the customer.

2. Processing purpose

Think3 processes personal data to provide services, operate ThinkOS, support integrations, deliver analytics, and perform instructed workflows.

3. Security

Think3 will use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

4. Subprocessors

Think3 may use subprocessors for hosting, AI infrastructure, analytics, email, CRM, payments, monitoring, and support.

5. International transfers

Where applicable, Think3 will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

6. Deletion or return

Upon termination, Think3 will delete or return personal data according to applicable law, technical feasibility, and contractual obligations.
