Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the ThinkOS affiliate program.

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must apply and be approved by Think3. Think3 may reject or remove affiliates at its discretion.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates may earn 10% recurring commission on qualified subscription revenue from approved referred clients for the life of the uninterrupted subscription, subject to these terms.

3. Qualified referrals

A qualified referral must: use the affiliate’s approved referral method, become a paying client, remain active, not be an existing lead, client, or active opportunity already known to Think3, and not violate any law, platform policy, or Think3 policy.

4. Prohibited activity

Affiliates may not: misrepresent Think3 or ThinkOS, make guaranteed result claims, make financial/investment/token return promises, use spam, bid on protected brand terms without permission, create fake leads, self-refer unless approved, use deceptive advertising, or violate platform policies.

5. Payouts

Payout schedule, minimum payout threshold, payment method, and required tax or compliance documentation will be communicated separately.

6. Termination

Think3 may terminate affiliate participation for policy violations, fraud, inactivity, reputational risk, or business reasons.
