Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions
ThinkOS subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected plan.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided in your account, invoice, or agreement. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments.
3. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered at Think3’s discretion in cases of duplicate payment, billing error, or service failure.
4. Founding client pricing
Founding client pricing may remain valid only while the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If a subscription is paused, cancelled, unpaid, or materially changed, founding pricing may no longer apply.
5. Suspension for non-payment
Failure to pay may result in account suspension, restricted access, or termination.
