These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Think3 Solutions website, advisory services, consulting services, digital products, and ThinkOS platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Think3 provides Web3 growth advisory, marketing strategy, AI-enabled marketing workflows, campaign planning, content support, analytics support, and access to ThinkOS where applicable.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use our services to: break the law, violate platform terms, promote fraud or scams, publish misleading financial claims, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass or abuse others, manipulate engagement deceptively, misrepresent affiliation or endorsement, or use the platform for unlawful token promotion.
4. AI-generated content
ThinkOS may generate drafts, recommendations, campaign plans, and content using AI. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and verifying all outputs before use or publication. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, compliant, original, or suitable for your specific use without human review.
5. Client content and ownership
You retain ownership of content, data, and materials you provide. Subject to your instructions, you grant us a limited license to process client content as needed to provide the services.
6. Think3 intellectual property
Think3 retains ownership of its software, systems, frameworks, templates, workflows, brand assets, documentation, and proprietary methods.
7. Fees and billing
Fees are governed by the plan, invoice, proposal, or agreement presented to you. Subscription fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
8. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, token performance, user growth, fundraising, exchange listings, investment outcomes, or campaign results. Marketing performance depends on market conditions, product quality, execution, budget, audience fit, and other variables outside our control.
9. Third-party platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. You are responsible for complying with their terms and policies. We are not responsible for downtime, API changes, account restrictions, platform suspensions, or policy decisions by third-party providers.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties may receive confidential information. Confidential information must be protected and used only for the intended business purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think3 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, create legal risk, misuse the service, or harm platform integrity.
13. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction should be specified in the final legal version after counsel review.
